HIBISCUS PROCESSING :

Planting

We have a farm that can receive bright sunlight for the best growth of the Hibiscus plants.

We have planted stems of Hibiscus plants in our 25 acres of land. The plantation has begun and the plants have started to grow.

The pH range of the soil is slightly acidic to neutral with well-drained soil and rich in organic matter.

There is no exposure to strong winds in our farm, this prevents the breakage of long stems.

The Care for Growing

Greater the care, greater the output from the Hibiscus plants. The young and new hibiscus need to be watered frequently. A deep watering must be done by drenching the plants completely.

During each winter, perennial hibiscus will freeze back to the ground. So, old stems must be cut to the ground.

The dead stems must be removed from established plants in early spring. After this, we apply the organically made balanced fertilizer.

Pests & Insect Control

Hibiscus plants can be affected by pests or insects such as Aphids, White Mealybugs, etc. This not only causes harm to the plants but also can introduce various diseases. So, we help our hibiscus plants to get rid of this easily in a natural way. We strictly say no to the chemically made traditional insecticide to kill the insects and pests. Instead, we use organic pest controller to eliminate such insects and pests. Our labours prepare the controller in our farm and make the best use of it to control the pests and insects. Thus, any pest or insect cannot stop our plants from their happy growing phase.

Harvesting

The hibiscus plants grow upto 2 to 3 feet in a time period of 4 months. However, it takes 6 to 7 months for the complete growth to harvest the flower with a good yield. It’s time to harvest the stunningly beautiful hibiscus flowers.

AFTER HARVESTING WE

EXPORT

Once the harvest is done, we use Solar dryer to dry the hibiscus flowers and leaves. After the yield products are completely dried, we pack them, and sell it to the buyers. We supply it to various parts of India. The dry products are used for various purposes.
